Who Are We?

The American Industrial Hygiene Association is a non profit organization with a mission to create knowledge to protect worker health. The Upper Midwest Section is the collection of industrial hygiene professionals from Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, South Dakota, and North Dakota who are dedicated to this mission.

What is industrial hygiene?

Industrial hygiene is an interdisciplinary field that combines physics, chemistry, engineering, and toxicology to solve health and safety problems, often related to chemical, biological, and other environmental hazards.

Annual membership to the Upper Midwest Section is $30 per year. It includes priority and discounted access to local events.
